1) Our Policy
Home Leaf Studio (https://homeleafstudio.com/) respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512, “DMCA”).
2) Designated DMCA Agent

We prefer email in English with the subject line “DMCA Notice” or “DMCA Counter-Notice”.
3) How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice including the following (required by §512(c)(3)):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the exact URL(s) where it appears on this site.
- Your contact information (name, mailing address, telephone, and email).
- A statement of good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Optional but helpful: attach screenshots (PNG/JPG/PDF) and provide evidence of ownership (e.g., registration number, source files, publication links).
4) DMCA Notice Template

5) How to Submit a Counter-Notice
If your material was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice (§512(g)(3)) containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed or disabled and the location (URL) before removal.
- Your name, address, telephone, and email.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or that person’s agent. (If you are outside the United States, you consent to the jurisdiction of any U.S. federal district court in which the service provider may be found.)
6) Counter-Notice Template

7) Repeat Infringer Policy
Where applicable, we may disable or terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to remove content at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
8) Removal & Restoration Process
- Upon receiving a compliant DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified material and notify the user who posted it.
- If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the user.
9) Third-Party Content & Hosting
Some content on this site may be embedded from or linked to third-party services (e.g., image CDNs, ad networks, social platforms). You may need to contact those third parties directly to request removal. We are not responsible for content hosted off our domain.
10) Misrepresentation & Abuse
Submitting false or bad-faith notices can have legal consequences. Only submit DMCA notices for content you genuinely believe infringes your rights. This page and any related communications are not legal advice.
